PythonのGIL無効化が可能に。ライブラリ周りが結構混乱しそう。シングルスレッド前提の作りの場合はパフォーマンスペナルティあり。

Python3.13はJITコンパイラの追加とGIL削除できるようになる大きなマイルストーン。どちらもデフォルトでは無効だが今後につながる第一歩か。2024/10/07リリース予定。
